This vegan formula combines natural perm processing action with intense conditioning agents for beautiful and healthy perm structures. Hair is nourished and made shiny, giving the perm a boost in appearance. Perma Wave ensures consistently predictable results, with true-to-rod-sized curls, all without the need of a hairdryer’s heat. Curls have luxurious texture, are easy to style and manage, and have lasting staying power. Kit is expected to create medium to firm curls.

Description

How to use:

  1. Gently shampoo hair and dry with towel.
  2. Section hair and wind with rods with minimal tension. Do not wind with Waving Lotion. If hair dries, lightly mist with water.
  3. Shake Activator and pour into Waving Lotion bottle, then shake again to combine well. Place cotton around hairline to absorb excess product.
  4. Apply mixture, saturating each rod thoroughly and evenly.
  5. Place plastic cap over all rods and secure. Do not exceed maximum processing time and do not process under heat source. For normal/fine hair, processing time is 25 minutes. For tinted hair (up to 20 volume), processing time is 10-15 minutes. Very resistant/thick hair may need up to 35 minutes.
  6. Rinse hair thoroughly for at least 5 minutes with warm water. For firmer curls, rinse with rods attached. Towel blot each rod thoroughly.
  7. Shake Neutralizer and thoroughly saturate each rod, saving 15ml for later use. Wait 5 minutes.
  8. Gently remove rods, then work remaining Neutralizer through hair for 1 minute.
  9. Rinse hair thoroughly for 3-5 minutes with warm water, then blot with towel.
  10. Wait 48 hours before shampooing or conditioning.
