Hair Health & Beauty Deliveries

  • Free local delivery from our drivers will experience delays as they can only deliver a maximum amount of orders per day.
  • Standard delivery days remain the same, but expect delays.

Curbside Collections

  • Any order placed during Black Friday are collectible from our office.
  • Please see table below for the collection guidelines.
  • Do not arrive to collect before your specified date as the order will not be ready.

RAM Couriers

  • Delivery during Black Friday is estimated to be between 5-7 working days. This is an estimated timeline and can differ.
  • It may take several days for your order to be processed. Don’t worry, we are working as hard as possible.
  • We only deliver within South Africa. We do not deliver internationally.
  • Please be accurate with your delivery address as an incomplete address can result in delivery delay or failed delivery.
  • Orders need to be paid in full before delivery. We do not offer purchase terms or paying upon delivery.
  • Every order receives tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

RAM Couriers order status meanings

  • NEW ORDER – order has been placed and paid, and is waiting to be processed.
  • PROCESSING – order has been processed in our office and is on its way to the warehouse.
  • COMPLETED – order has been consigned for shipment waiting to be dispatched.
  • Please keep an eye out for your order tracking email.

RAM Couriers order tracking

  • After your order is processed and completed, a tracking information email will be sent.
  • Tracking can be used up until the order is delivered.
  • If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Use the waybill number included in the email to track the order on the courier tracking web page here.
  • If you have an account with us, you can go to your account dashboard and see tracking under the Orders tab.

Own Courier Collection

  • There will also be delays for personal courier collection.
  • Please call our office at (011) 608 4191 to confirm your order is ready for collection by your personal courier.
