Mixer for lightening or Pastel-izing any of the Manic Panic Professional Semi-Permanent Gel Hair Color.
A mixer with a gentle acidic formula that closes the cuticle and locks in hair color while leaving a smooth, moisturized and shiny surface. Mix with any of the gel colors for a soft pastel effect. Hair must be lightened to very light blonde for pastel effects to show effectively.

How it works:
