Collections Procedure

Collections Protocol for Orders


In order to streamline our warehouse operations and ensure you do not have to wait for your order, please take note of the following procedure regarding all order collections:

Our showroom has been discontinued and closed. Unfortunately, this means you will no longer be able to arrive, browse for products, and place orders. However, collections for orders are still offered.

Please place your order prior to collection by email ([email protected]), WhatsApp (079 856 3614), telephone (011) 608 4191 or online (www.hairhealthbeauty.co.za).

Your order will be processed and you will receive an invoice.  When collecting, please notify us by ringing the bell upon arrival.  Drive in and park, but REMAIN IN YOUR CAR.  We are currently not accepting entrance into our building for collections.

If you have already paid for your order prior to collection, the parcel will be given to you upon arrival.  If payment is still required, you will have the option of paying for it by credit/debit card on collection. Please state your order number upon arrival for easy collection.

Please ensure your order has been placed before your arrival. Placing an order when you arrive may result in you waiting a couple of hours for your order to be ready.


PLEASE NOTE COLLECTION HOURS:

Orders received up to 12h00: may be collected between 15h00 and 16h00 the same day, or the following day if preferred.

Orders received after 12h00:  may be collected the next day up to 16h00.
