That’s three days of sale, so plenty of time to plan and get your order in.
HOW IS DELIVERY AFFECTED?
We are expecting some delays for deliveries of all orders placed during this period.
A sudden surge of orders will put pressure on our ability to pack every order in a timely manner, and this will have a knock-on effect for delivery times. At most, we are expecting a delay of 2-3 days. Measures are being taken to ensure delivery is as quick as possible.
This is our first Black Friday sale, so we will monitor the situation as it unfolds.

During the sale, only Debit/Credit Cardand Instant EFTpayment options will be available. Manual EFT and payment on delivery will notbe available for the duration of the sale. This is to ensure the quickest order processing and delivery possible. After the sale, normal payment methods will be restored.
Delivery costs will remain the same throughout the sale.

NOTE: your cart total needs to be minimum of R600 after the discount has been automatically applied in checkout to qualify for free delivery.
All other delivery methods (collections, RAM Couriers and personal couriers) will function as normal, albeit with some degree of delay.
Yes. The number of orders expected during the sale period will incur a delivery delay. We have never done a Black Friday sale before, so we do not know what kind of response we will receive. We will work as hard as possible to get orders out timeously, but a delay is likely unavoidable.
Free local delivery from our drivers will experience a delay of approximately 2-3 business days as they can only deliver a maximum amount of orders per day.
RAM Couriers deliveries will experience a delay of approximately 3-5 business days. Order tracking will also be delayed. Orders can only be tracked once you receive an SMS from the courier.
Own courier orders will likely only be ready for collection after 2-3 business days. Please call us to confirm if your order is ready to be collected.

We have taken care of this for you. The discount will be automatically applied in checkout to all the valid items in your cart.
If your cart discount does not add up to 10%, it is because you have an item or bundle in your cart that does not qualify for the discount.
Unfortunately not. The stock we have now for products will be the sum total we have during the sale period. Restocks will not take place. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to get all the items you want.
Unfortunately not. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it for you specially. That item can still go out of stock as it sits in your cart
Although we try and keep our stock levels accurate, sometimes the website will say we have more than we do. Should this happen with your order, you will be promptly notified.
An unresponsive checkout page is likely as a result of the number of people trying to place an order at once. This overloads the system and causes delays and timeouts. The only thing you can do is wait until the pages load correctly, or try placing the order at a later stage.
